It's hard to get very excited about this program, but if you need to convert between the major text formats, and you want a quick and easy job, Doxillion Document Converter is as good an app as any.ĭoxillion Document Converter isn't superb, but it does a simple job quickly and competently. The settings options for Doxillion Document Converter cover the basics, but aren't too complex, meaning that most users will be able to get to grips with them easily. Doxillion Document Converter also allows you to convert in batches, which makes large jobs much quicker. You'll see the conversion happening, and when it's done, you'll have the option to open the file you've converted. The Doxillion Document Converter conversion process is fast and easy and very straightforward. Once everything is to your liking, hit Convert. In the bottom bar, you'll find all the options necessary to convert your files - the format, the location and settings for that particular file. Add files by dragging and dropping, or by using the Add Files button from inside the program. Clicking Burn to Disc will download and install a disc-burning utility, while Suite opens the NCH Software Suite, a selection of the developer's titles.Doxillion Document Converter works like most other converters out there. There's a good HTML-based Help file as well as buttons labeled Burn to Disc and Suite. 
These cover Overwrite settings, Conversion formats and errors, Right-Click behavior, and choices like whether to play sounds. The toolbar icons let us remove files as well as add them, and also access the program's options. A button labeled Open output let us open the target folder directly from the interface (right next to the Convert button) which we found a very useful option, especially when saving documents to more than one destination. Doxillion quickly processed our batch and saved the output to our selected directory.
All that was left to do was press Convert. We browsed to an output folder in the entry field beneath the main view, and then selected an output format and encoder options. Highlighting entries in this list displayed their properties in the right-hand sidebar. Doxillion is very easy to use, with a big green plus sign for adding files to the main list view.
